Arrova Terms of Use
Effective 31 October 2026.
These terms are between you and Wired4Biz, LLC, 539 W Commerce St, Ste. 6001, Dallas, TX 75208, United States ("we"). By using Arrova you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What Arrova is, and isn't
Arrova organises publicly available information about moving to another country into a personal plan. It is general information, not legal, immigration or tax advice. Rules, fees and processing times change and differ by consulate and office. Dates in the app are estimates. Before you act, confirm with the official source (linked in the app) or a licensed professional. In Canada, only authorised representatives may give paid immigration advice; we are not one.
The unlock
Arrova is free to download. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks your full plan, for every country and route the app covers, for as long as the app is offered. It is sold by Apple; Apple's purchase and refund rules apply. Family Sharing is enabled. We may add or remove countries and routes over time.
Your content
What you enter stays on your device and remains yours. If you choose to share waiting times, you give us permission to use those anonymous figures to publish totals (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Don't copy the app's content for resale or republication, reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or send false waiting times on purpose.
Links and partners
The app links to official websites and, in future, may list services from partners. Partner listings will be labelled. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and a listing is not a recommendation that a service suits your case.
Liability
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we provide the app "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make or losses caused by relying on it, including missed deadlines, refused applications or changed rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Questions: hello@arrova.app. Texas law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules and subject to the consumer protections of the place where you live. Courts in Dallas County, Texas, have jurisdiction to the extent the law allows.
