Arrova Privacy Policy

Effective 31 October 2026.

Arrova is made by Wired4Biz, LLC, 539 W Commerce St, Ste. 6001, Dallas, TX 75208, United States ("we"). Contact: hello@arrova.app.

The short version

Your plan stays on your iPhone. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising tracking. The app sends data in only three cases, listed below, and one of them only if you turn it on.

What stays on your iPhone

Everything you enter or the app works out: your answers (destination, route, passport, where you live, household, target date), your plan, step and document progress, notes, custom steps, your optional name for exports, reminders. We never receive it. Deleting the app deletes it. "Start over" in the app deletes it too.

Exports (PDF, calendar file) are created on your iPhone and go only where you send them.

What leaves your iPhone

1. Rule updates. The app checks our server for newer country information (fees, waiting times, requirements). The request contains no personal information. Like any web request, it reveals your IP address to our server, which keeps no access logs.

2. Typical waiting times. To show "Usually 38–70 days (41 people)", the app asks our database for totals for your destination country. The request contains only the country (e.g. "pt"); your IP address is visible to our database provider as above.

3. Sharing your waiting times: only if you turn it on (You → Help others, off by default). When a waiting period in your plan ends (for example, between submitting a visa application and receiving the visa), the app sends:

It never sends your name, passport, exact dates, notes, documents or anything else from your plan. We only publish totals, never individual entries, and only when at least 10 people have shared for that route and wait. Turning sharing off stops future sending. Because entries can't be linked to you, we can't find or delete a single person's past entries; we delete individual entries 24 months after the wait ended.

Legal basis (EU/UK users): your consent for sharing waiting times (you can withdraw it at any time in the app); our legitimate interest in keeping the app working for rule updates and typical waiting times.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment and gives us no payment details; the app only checks with Apple whether this Apple account has the unlock. See Apple's privacy policy.

Links to other websites

Official sources and help links open in your browser. Those websites have their own privacy policies. Some future listings may be paid partners; they will be labelled, and the app sends them nothing about you.

Service providers

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and rule updates come from a server there, so when the app checks for them your IP address reaches the United States. Shared waiting times are stored in the EU (Paris).

Children

Arrova is not directed at children under 16.

Your rights

You can ask us about the data we hold, and to correct or delete it, at hello@arrova.app. In practice we hold no data that identifies you. EU/UK users can also complain to their data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

Changes

We'll update this page and the date above when this policy changes, and say so in the app if the change matters.
